 According to Dr. Moon he said it was his math. Many scientists tried to disprove his math and could not.

Rather than perceiving these particles as solid entities, Dr. Moon posits that they are three-dimensional voids or spheres. Within the atom, space flows through the electron to the proton and back at the speed of light, forming what he terms a "vortex."  Given the fact that every atom’s vortex is going at the speed of light: When a physical object approaches the speed of light (if it can), the length of the vortices of the atoms that make up the object shrink, to the point that there is no longer a vortex which puts a speed limit on the object; the speed of light!!!
